At Ivory Bridal, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We offer free shipping to all orders within the Lima area. For orders outside Lima, we charge a flat rate of $50. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via reliable courier services. Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on customized or altered products. In case of any defects or damages, please contact us immediately, and we will work towards resolving the issue.
